Click Login into Zoom button. Join a meeting using one of these methods: Click Join a Meeting if you want to join without signing in. Sign in to Zoom then click Join. Enter the meeting ID number and your display name. If you’re signed in, change your name if you don’t want your default name to appear. If you’re not signed in, enter a display name. Select if you would like to connect audio and/or video and click Join.

You can download files and folders to your computer from your Dropbox account. To do so:

1. Sign in to dropbox.com.
2. Click All files in the left sidebar.
3. Hover over the file or folder you’d like to download.
4. Click “…” (ellipsis).
5. Click Download.

Zip and unzip files

To zip files

In the search box on the taskbar, type file explorer, and then select it from the list of results. Right-click the file you want to zip, and then select Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder.

To unzip files

• Open File Explorer and find the zipped folder.
• To unzip the entire folder, right-click to select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
• To unzip a single file or folder, double-click the zipped folder to open it. Then, drag or copy the item from the zipped folder to a new location.
